In the fast pace of everyday life, The Art of Slowing Down offers a gentle pause — a moment to recentre, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. We’ll begin with a calming herbal tea, a ritual of presence that opens the heart and prepares the body for stillness. Then, through a Yin yoga journey, we’ll dive into slowness — releasing tension and cultivating inner fluidity. The practice will continue with nourishing face yoga, awakening softness, vitality, and the natural beauty of the face. We’ll close with a guided meditation to anchor peace and gratitude into every cell of the body.
