SPRING EQUINOX : ROOT & BLOOM 🌸
Yoga and Dance Therapy

We will begin with a gentle walk in nature exploring the surroundings and allowing body and senses to awaken.
We will continue with grounding yoga guided by Emine: slow movement and breath to release tension and arrive fully in presence.

We will move into dance therapy with Stefania.
Through music, visualizations, and spontaneous movement, we root into the body and allow it to bloom.

After the workshop, you are welcome to stay for a shared lunch, with a menu specially created for us by the local chefs.
