We’ll begin with a grounding practice combining Yin Yoga, nervous system regulation techniques, and meditation. This will be followed by journaling and a sharing circle, offering space for reflection, connection, and community. The evening will close with a nourishing, healthy meal prepared by chef Anna Culina.
